PCS Azure Engineer – Japanese Language Required

We are looking for an experienced PCS Azure Engineer to provide technical support and customer advocacy for Microsoft Azure customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert technical support and troubleshooting across Azure workloads.
• Own and drive complex customer escalations and critical incidents.
• Act as the Voice of the Customer, working with Product Groups and Engineering teams.
• Engage with enterprise customers, including CIOs, CISOs, IT Directors and Enterprise Architects.
• Support Microsoft Q&A and community-led technical solutions.
• Use Azure telemetry, analytics, diagnostics and AI-enabled tools to identify and resolve issues.
• Drive knowledge sharing, documentation, automation and operational improvements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of IT experience with strong Azure technical expertise.
• 3+ years of Japanese language support – Mandatory.
• Strong communication skills in English and Japanese.
• Strong troubleshooting and customer-facing skills.
• Experience with Azure Portal, Azure PowerShell and Azure CLI.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field preferred.
• Azure certifications such as AZ-104, AZ-305, AZ-500 or AI-102 are an advantage.
