About RTN Mental Health

Following a year of incredible growth RTN Mental Health Solutions is continuing to expand the support we provide to our clients beyond diagnosis.

As a leading provider of ADHD and ASD diagnostic services, we are committed to making neurodiversity support accessible, compassionate, and life-changing. We're now looking for an empathetic, organised, and proactive Private Patient Support Coordinator to join our growing Private Service Delivery team.

The Role

As our Private Patient Support Coordinator, you'll be a trusted point of contact for clients and families throughout their neurodevelopmental journey, providing reassurance, guidance, and practical support from the moment they choose RTN through to their post-diagnostic care.

Reporting directly to the Private Service Delivery Manager, you'll help clients understand their next steps following diagnosis, provide regular updates throughout their pathway, facilitate post-diagnostic support sessions, and work closely with clinicians and internal teams to ensure every client feels informed, empowered, and supported. You'll play a key role in delivering an exceptional client experience while helping to reduce anxiety and build confidence at every stage of the journey.

Role Responsibilities

Client Support & Communication

Be the friendly and reassuring point of contact for clients and families, providing regular updates throughout their neurodevelopmental pathway, responding promptly to enquiries, and delivering compassionate, neuro-affirming support that helps every client feel heard and valued.

Post-Diagnostic Guidance

Support clients in understanding the range of post-diagnostic services available, including ADHD titration and CBT support packages. You'll provide clear, balanced information about what to expect, eligibility, benefits, costs, and next steps, empowering clients to make informed decisions about their care.

Facilitating Ongoing Support

Deliver or co-facilitate post-diagnostic support sessions that help clients and families better understand their diagnosis, explore available support, and build confidence as they move forward.

Coordination & Collaboration

Work closely with clinicians and internal teams to coordinate appointments, follow-up activities, and client communications, ensuring every stage of the pathway runs smoothly. You'll also escalate safeguarding concerns, risks, or service issues promptly to ensure clients receive the support they need.

Community Signposting

Help clients access wider support by connecting them with community organisations, support groups, education and employment services, and wellbeing resources that complement their clinical care.

Administration & Continuous Improvement

Maintain accurate and confidential client records within our CRM systems, contribute client feedback to support service improvements, and help us continually enhance the quality of care and communication we provide.

About You

You're a compassionate communicator who enjoys supporting people through important moments in their lives and understands that great service is built on empathy, trust, and excellent communication.

Experience: You have experience supporting individuals with neurodevelopmental needs, or have lived experience of the pathway, and are passionate about helping others navigate their journey with confidence.

Relationship Builder: You're naturally empathetic, able to build trust and rapport while maintaining appropriate professional boundaries with clients and families.

Communicator: You have excellent written and verbal communication skills and can explain information clearly, sensitively, and professionally.

Organised: You can manage multiple priorities, maintain accurate records, and ensure every client receives timely, high-quality support.

Tech-Savvy: You're confident using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and digital communication tools to manage client interactions efficiently.

Passionate: You have a genuine interest in ADHD, Autism, neurodiversity, and supporting people to thrive after diagnosis. Experience facilitating group sessions or working within healthcare, social care, or the voluntary sector would be advantageous.

Our Values In Action

Our values - Respect, Transformation, and Nurture - aren't just words on a wall; they guide everything we do.-

Respect: We listen with empathy, value lived experience, and ensure every voice matters.

Transformation: We embrace innovation and stay curious, always looking for smarter ways to deliver excellence.

Nurture: We lead with patience, celebrate each other's achievements, and invest in the growth of our people.

Why us?

We believe in taking care of our people just as well as we take care of our patients.

Salary: £25,000-£26,000

Flexibility: 100% remote working.

Annual Leave: 22 days holiday, plus this year we're giving the whole team Christmas off!

Wellbeing: Private Medical Insurance (PMI) to help you stay at your best.

Culture: Join an inclusive, supportive team where individuality and neurodiversity are celebrated.

Purpose: A meaningful opportunity to help people and families navigate life after diagnosis within one of the UK's fastest-growing mental health organisations.
