While each group has their own area of expertise, they are all looked upon as thought leaders responsible for understanding and communicating the data that drives our organization and makes us a global leader. Opportunities are available across a variety of areas within Corporate Finance, including Business / Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), and Financial Control. Responsibilities may include: Provide business and project analytical support for critical finance initiatives Perform ad-hoc analysis to address existing and new business needs Identify and evaluate ongoing profit-generating opportunities Contribute to ongoing projects to be used in developing TJX strategy Work cross functionally with TJX teams, such as TJX Store Operations, HR, Real Estate, and Marketing Create and present projects, reports, and communications for Senior Management Who we are looking for: Whether you have recently graduated (or graduating soon!), or looking for a career change, we are looking for highly motivated self-starters and who possess the ability to prioritize effectively, be proactive and flexible, and demonstrate a strong bias for action in a fast-paced, professional environment. Key Qualifications: Recent graduates, or Spring / Summer 2026 graduates Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (other majors may be considered) Genuine interest in a Corporate Finance career Additional qualifications include: Strong quantitative and analytical skills Ability to work with numbers and create financial presentations Strong communication skills A high level of curiosity Detail oriented Proficient Excel skills (i.e., pivot tables, charts, v-look up, etc.) Prior internship / co-op, or entry-level finance-related experience, a plus What to expect from our interview process: Learn more about TJX by attending virtual recruiting events Virtual one-way interview (HireVue) Virtual behavioral interviews Offer to join TJX and Welcome to the TJX Family!
