PRN Endocrinologist

In this role you will focus on the endocrine system, including metabolism, growth, and mood. Manage conditions such as diabetes, thyroid disorders, adrenal insufficiency, and reproductive hormone imbalances. You will practice on an as needed basis Mix of in person and tele health You will have RN clinical support, partnership with CDEs and RDs Strong Medical Director leadership/support Quarterly all Endo provider meeting Quarterly medical director & provider check-ins Position Details: Work Schedule: PRN Avg Daily Patient Census: 18-22 patients/day Must be comfortable with managing controlled substances, chronic/complex/multi conditions and such as diabetes No Call Work environment is fast paced What you’ll bring: MD or DO degree from a fully accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicine Residency training in Internal Medicine Board certification or eligibility in Endocrinology Active, unobstructed Nevada medical license, or the ability to obtain one Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health’s credentialing process We are not able to accept candidates requiring Visa sponsorship at this time About us: Intermountain Health is a model health system by providing extraordinary care and superior service at an affordable cost.
