Probate & Estate Administration Attorney

Job Description The Staff Pad has partnered with a growing, client-focused law firm to identify a Probate Attorney to support their expanding caseload in the Austin market. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced probate attorney seeking a full-time role with a collaborative, reputable, and growing legal team. Position Overview This role will focus on handling probate matters from start to finish, providing legal guidance, drafting documents, and supporting clients through the probate process. The firm is seeking an attorney who can work independently, manage a robust caseload, and deliver exceptional client service while contributing to the continued growth of the practice.
