Process Analyst

As a Process Analyst , you will help translate AI strategy into tactical execution plans that drive process optimization. You will serve as a subject matter expert for assigned micro-use cases, supporting automation initiatives and continuous improvement efforts. To thrive in this role, you should have a background in healthcare revenue cycle management and a strong understanding of operational metrics and reporting. Here's what you'll experience working as a Process Analyst: Manage the operational execution of AI automation initiatives and support project roadmaps. Analyze historical data and existing operational standards to design and drive process automation strategies. Measure and report the impact of automation initiatives, using data to identify efficiencies and improve workflows. Partner with process improvement teams to support frontline adoption of automation solutions. Facilitate team-level training and automation enablement activities. Learn and leverage various technical tools and platforms to acquire, analyze, and interpret data. Assess user feedback and develop actionable recommendations for process improvements. Must be willing to travel up to 25%. Required Skills: Experience with Excel, Power BI, or similar analytics and reporting tools. Working knowledge of operating systems, payer portals, and electronic health records (EHRs). Strong presentation and communication skills. 3+ years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle back-end operations or an equivalent combination of education and experience. For this US-based position, the base pay range is $65,000.00 - $116,747.20 per year . Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
