Process Associate 2

Job Description This is a remote position. Key Responsibilities Process invoices on Auto Entry (AE) daily and manage rejected folders. Identify and report unreadable or blurred invoices, and communicate feedback to clients. Record daily sales and report discrepancies promptly. Perform revenue reconciliation including cash ups, Amex, Stripe, Shopify, and commission charges. Process petty cash receipts and handle bank reconciliation weekly. Send bank queries to clients and ensure all banking entries are cleared. Request and upload supplier statements (weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly) in AE. Manage client communication and ticket resolution via Freshdesk and email. Reconcile daily sales and follow up on variances with clients. Update task progress regularly on ClickUp and meet all due dates. Collaborate with team leads to resolve challenges and propose process improvements. Participate in ad-hoc projects and contribute to team productivity. Follow established SOPs and strive for internal growth to Process Associate I level. Requirements Knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures Good math skills and the ability to spot numerical errors. Hands-on experience with MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Xero) Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information. Good Organization, communication & interpersonal skills Understand and follow Wenodo's Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure task deadlines are met.
