Process Engineer

🔧 We're Hiring | Process Engineer — UK (Remote/Hybrid)

Axxello is growing its UK team and we're looking for a senior process engineer who wants more than a desk job.

If you've spent 8+ years delivering CAPEX projects end-to-end — from mass & energy balances and P&IDs through to commissioning and client handover — and you know your way around food, beverage, or brewing environments, we want to hear from you.

What you'll actually be doing:

Axxello operates as a lean, turnkey engineering consultancy. That means you own your projects. Concept through commissioning — no hand-offs, no silos. You'll be working directly with clients across the FMCG and brewing sectors, building process solutions that have to work in the real world.

You'll thrive here if you:

✔ Have a B.Eng in Chemical Engineering and 8+ years in CAPEX process engineering

✔ Have 5+ years in food & beverage or brewing

✔ Are comfortable on-site, in the client boardroom, and in front of a P&ID simultaneously

✔ Can manage multiple live projects without losing the detail

✔ Are happy to travel — domestically and internationally — when the project needs it
