Purpose of the Role: The Design Transfer Process Consultant will support Care Enablement in the development and implementation of complex business processes, with a primary focus on design transfer. The role is responsible for collaborating with internal stakeholders to define, document, and optimize processes while bringing external expertise, industry best practices, and practical experience from the medical technology sector.

• Lead the development and documentation of complex business processes related to design transfer.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and internal stakeholders to define process requirements and improvements.
• Apply industry best practices and expert knowledge to enhance process effectiveness and compliance.
• Facilitate workshops, meetings, and discussions with global stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, and deliverables.
• Create and document design transfer concepts, process flows, and roles & responsibilities matrices.
• Provide regular progress updates and recommendations to project sponsors and stakeholders.
• Support change management activities and drive stakeholder alignment throughout the project.
• Travel to company sites, when required, to conduct workshops and facilitate collaboration
• Proven experience in the medical technology (MedTech) industry.
• Strong knowledge of design transfer processes and production transfer best practices across industries.
• Demonstrated experience in developing, documenting, and implementing complex business processes.
• Excellent project planning and process documentation skills.
• Strong facilitation, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Ability to influence, persuade, and drive consensus among diverse stakeholder groups.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and effectively collaborate with global teams.
• Willingness to travel internationally (e.g., Germany, United States) for workshops and project activities
  
  

Location:

• Remote working arrangement for the majority of the engagement, utilizing virtual collaboration and video conferencing tools.
• Availability to travel to FME sites for workshops, stakeholder meetings, and process development sessions when required.
• International travel may be necessary, primarily to locations such as Germany and the United States.
