Working across Asset Operations, you'll influence the way teams operate, helping to embed lean thinking, improve quality management practices, and deliver sustainable business improvements. Your work will enable greater efficiency, stronger collaboration, and better outcomes across a rapidly evolving organisation. The Opportunity As a Process Lead, you'll be at the heart of continuous improvement activity within Asset Operations. Working closely with the Continuous Improvement Manager and key stakeholders, you'll lead change initiatives, facilitate improvement workshops, drive business transformation projects, and support the successful adoption of new processes and ways of working. This is an exciting opportunity to make a visible impact across a growing renewable energy business while developing your expertise in continuous improvement, lean methodologies and change management. Who You Are We're looking for a Process Lead who combines the analytical mindset of a Senior Business Analyst with proven expertise in Continuous Improvement and business transformation. You'll be comfortable leading programmes of change, facilitating workshops, challenging the status quo, and using Lean methodologies to remove waste and improve operational performance. You will be confident engaging stakeholders at all levels and translating business needs into practical, sustainable improvements. To be shortlisted, you need to offer… Demonstrable experience leading continuous improvement, process improvement or business transformation initiatives within a complex organisation Strong knowledge and practical application of Lean methodologies to identify waste, optimise processes and improve business outcomes Experience delivering change programmes from concept through to implementation and business adoption A recognised Lean, Six Sigma or Operational Excellence qualification, or equivalent practical experience Proven experience facilitating workshops, gathering requirements and influencing stakeholders across multiple business functions Strong business analysis skills, including process mapping, process design and requirements management A degree in Business, Engineering, a Technical Discipline, or a related field What You'll Be Doing Leading continuous improvement initiatives across Asset Operations Facilitating face-to-face and virtual improvement workshops to identify and implement enhancements Managing and delivering change projects from identification through to implementation Applying lean methodologies to optimise business processes and improve organisational performance Supporting stakeholder engagement, communication and change management activities Collaborating with leaders and subject matter experts to capture and prioritise business requirements Conducting process and data analysis to identify improvement opportunities Developing quality-focused KPIs and monitoring frameworks Coaching leaders and stakeholders to support successful adoption of change initiatives Building a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence across the department Pay, Benefits and Culture If you’re looking to join a company where you can work hard, have fun, and help to create a net zero future – then you’re in the right place!
