As Process Management Consultant – Bank Processes (m/f/d) you will take responsibility for designing, implementing and maintaining a robust process management framework that meets regulatory, governance, and operational requirements of a newly licensed bank in Luxembourg. The role is responsible for building and maintaining a comprehensive process documentation, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing evidence of effective and compliant process execution in line with CSSF, ECB, EBA, and internal governance expectations. Role & responsibilities: Maintain and continuously enhance the bank-wide process management framework. Design, document, and maintain the end-to-end process landscape, including process hierarchies, ownership structures, roles, responsibilities, and governance mechanisms. Ensure complete, accurate, and audit-ready process documentation supporting regulatory compliance. Help to translate regulatory and supervisory requirements issued by the CSSF, ECB, EBA, and other relevant authorities into operational processes, controls, and governance standards. Define and implement methodologies, standards, and best practices for process modelling, documentation, maintenance, and review. Establish mechanisms to demonstrate and evidence compliant process execution to regulators, auditors, and internal control functions. Support the implementation of the Three Lines of Defense model by clearly defining process ownership, control responsibilities, and oversight activities. Identify process-related risks, control gaps, and regulatory weaknesses and drive remediation initiatives. Collaborate with Compliance, Risk Management, Internal Audit, and business stakeholders to design and document key controls and control evidence requirements. Support inspections and audits by providing transparent and traceable process documentation. Advise business and operational teams on the design of efficient, scalable, and regulatory-compliant target operating processes. Establish sustainable governance structures to ensure ongoing maintenance, monitoring, and continuous improvement of the bank's process landscape. Required Skills & Experience: Proven experience in process management within banking or other highly regulated financial services environments. Expertise in process modelling standards (e.g., BPMN) and process management/GRC tools. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across business, risk, compliance, and audit functions. Proven experience in process modelling with BPMN 2.0 Lean Six Sigma knowledge Professional proficiency in English is mandatory; German language skills are a plus.
