Process Manager

Our client is a global tech company undergoing an exciting transformation, looking for a Process Manager to join their growing team in Hungary.

Skills and Requirements:

• Extensive experience (10+ years) in Business Process Management and Improvement with a proven track record of delivering large-scale process transformations.
• Strong expertise in process design and optimization using BPMN, Lean Six Sigma, value-stream mapping, DOE basics, and automation tools such as workflow and RPA.
• Proficient with SAP process and data structures, integration patterns, and familiar with cloud and data platforms to align designs with overall architecture.
• Skilled in quantitative diagnostics, hypothesis testing, experiment design, and business case development with benefits tracking.
• Excellent governance and change management knowledge including RACI, process ownership, release/change governance, and organizational change management.
• Effective communicator with the ability to create executive-grade briefings, clear SOPs, and operational guides that clarify changes and impact for teams.
• Collaborative and influential leader who can frame trade-offs in business terms, facilitate cross-functional decisions, and maintain transparent backlogs.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Act as the end-to-end performance owner responsible for hitting process KPIs such as cycle time, throughput, defect rate, cost per unit, and compliance.
• Design, optimize, and continuously improve business processes through diagnostics, redesign, and implementation of controls, SLAs, and automation.
• Align process improvements with SAP and other platform integrations, managing governance in Signavio, LeanIX repositories, and reference models.
• Maintain process portfolios, roadmaps, backlogs, and release plans, prioritizing initiatives based on ROI and risk while managing dependencies across domains.
• Own risk and compliance management including mapping controls to risks, ensuring segregation of duties, audit readiness, and remediation efforts.
• Lead adoption efforts via playbooks, SOPs, training, organizational change plans, and certification of process roles across the organization.
• Provide regular reporting including executive summaries, heatmaps, experiment outcomes, and adjust strategies based on data-driven pilots.
• Navigate complexity within heterogeneous systems, regulatory environments, networked processes, multi-region considerations, and fast release cycles.
