Job Role: As a Process Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our corporate finance department. Your primary responsibilities will include supporting monthly and quarterly book closures, working on accruals and provisions, and assisting with lease accounting. Additionally, you will be involved in the preparation of standalone and consolidated financials, as well as SEBI results and variance analysis. Your expertise will contribute to the overall financial health and accuracy of our organization. Support monthly and quarterly book closures, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting. Work on accruals and provisions, analyzing and recording financial data. Assist with lease accounting, ensuring compliance with accounting standards. Prepare standalone and consolidated financials, presenting financial information clearly. Prepare SEBI results, providing accurate and timely financial data. Conduct variance analysis, identifying and explaining financial variances. Maintain and update financial records, ensuring data integrity. Assist in the development and implementation of financial processes and controls. Provide financial insights and support to other departments as needed. Required Skills: CA qualification with 1-2 years of experience in finance management. Experience in Oracle or similar ERP systems is preferred. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and ability to work accurately with financial data. Good communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
