As a Process Trainer you will drive talent development initiatives by designing and delivering high-impact training programs. You will onboard new hires, upskill existing employees, and ensure strict process adherence and compliance across our operations. Key Responsibilities Process Training & Facilitation Design and deliver engaging training programs, presentations, and interactive learning materials. Partner with subject matter experts to identify skill gaps, set learning priorities, and provide targeted coaching. Evaluate program effectiveness through assessments, surveys, and post-training performance tracking to continually refine content. Foster an inclusive, continuous learning environment while serving as a feedback bridge between frontline teams and management. Compliance, Content & Reporting Build, update, and manage advanced training content aligned with organizational policies, industry regulations, and operational processes. Conduct regular audits to evaluate employee process adherence and address compliance risks. Create advanced data reports on internal and external training needs to inform our broader talent strategy. Key Competencies Subject Matter Expertise: Deep understanding of operational procedures and compliance standards. Instructional Design & Delivery: Skilled in creating and facilitating diverse learning programs. Analytical & Innovative Thinking: Capable of analyzing performance data to build creative, targeted learning solutions. Communication & Coaching: Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills to mentor learners and manage stakeholders. Qualifications & Requirements Experience: 2+ years in a Process Trainer or L&D role within the BPO, RPO, MSP, Recruitment, or Staffing industries. Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with LMS platforms, e-learning authoring tools, and training content development.
