If you already have a basic understanding of business or supply chain concepts and want to take the next step, this opportunity is for you. You will support the procurement team in ensuring smooth purchasing operations, while gaining valuable exposure to supplier management and business processes in a fast-paced environment. If this is you, we’d love to talk. What you will do: Support sourcing activities and supplier selection by participating in requests for proposals and market evaluations. Manage and accurately update supplier master data to ensure up-to-date information in company systems. Assist in preparing and managing contracts and related administrative documentation, ensuring compliance and proper archiving. Collaborate with internal departments to identify and gather purchasing needs in a timely manner. Monitor purchase order status, manage deliveries, and provide support in case of delays or issues. Conduct cost analysis and compare received offers, providing data to support strategic purchasing decisions and cost optimization. Communicate effectively with national and international suppliers to negotiate terms and coordinate operational activities. Who you are: Bachelor’s degree in Economics, supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related fields Knowledge of Excel, PowerBi or SAP are a plus You demonstrate strong attention to detail and analytical skills, thrive both in teams and independently, take a responsible and compliance-driven approach, and adapt easily with a flexible, solution-oriented mindset.
