Procurement Disputes - Associate

Do you want to specialise in procurement disputes with a purpose-led firm? You will run procurement disputes for clients in our Public Procurement team, in a hybrid role based in Birmingham or Manchester. Key Responsibilities Lead procurement challenges and claims Advise on PCR 2015 and Procurement Act Manage and progress a varied caseload Provide training and support to clients Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Qualified procurement disputes solicitor Good CPR and litigation knowledge Public or regulated sector experience Clear communicator and collaborative Benefits Birmingham, located roles, we have a newly refurbished office in the City centre with an on-site café and free use of Gym facilities For Manchester vacancies, we have a City Central site, with newly refurbished facilities Hybrid working 25 days holiday, 2 gift days at Christmas.
