Due to internal growth, an exciting opportunity exists for a highly motivated Procurement Manager – AgChem & Seeds to join our Supply Chain team, reporting to the GM - Supply Chain. This full-time, permanent role focuses on partnering with our suppliers and internal stakeholders to maximise procurement spend, aligned with our strategic goals. Location - Gillman SA (preferred) or Warriewood NSW Immediate start available Salary - Negotiable based on prior experience Key Responsibilities: Sourcing and selecting suppliers to secure the best pricing and terms Building strong relationships internally and externally to drive business growth Managing supplier panels, contract negotiations, and optimising commercial terms Supporting the Retail team with market data and opportunities Ensuring supplier gross margins and security of supply meet company objectives Travel to store & supplier locations, as required About you: Proven experience within the Agricultural Chemical Market Strong relationships with Agricultural industry suppliers Demonstrated negotiation skills and commercial acumen Proactive approach with the ability to identify and implement improvements Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and a commitment to safety This role is initially office-based to support onboarding, training, and integration with the team.
