The Procurement Manager supports the implementation of procurement activities across the region. The role works closely with business stakeholders and Group Procurement to contribute to cost optimization, supplier management, procurement governance, and compliance with Group policies while supporting operational and strategic business needs. Key Responsibilities: · Support procurement initiatives across the region in collaboration with business stakeholders and Group Procurement. · Establish and maintain the procurement policies at Regional and Local level, to drive the continuous improvement of the procurement processes to obtain optimization of the purchase costs, while delivering good services to cope with internal customer needs · Contribute to the delivery of the strategic Procurement plan, in accordance with the Group savings methodology. · Deploy and apply Procurement Group rules and raise awareness among internal clients. · Management of Procurement initiatives (purchase requests, etc.) in coordination with Group Procurement and deployment of Group Procurement strategies within its scope. · Develop and implement additional rules where applicable and necessary at regional level, in line with Group Procurement Rules and Group CSR policy. · Contribute to spend analysis, supplier performance monitoring, and identification of cost optimization opportunities. · Participate in supplier selection, negotiation, and contract management activities. · Ensure procurement processes are aligned with Group policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. · Prepare procurement reporting, KPIs, and insights to support decision making. · Contribute to cross-functional projects and continuous improvement initiatives. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or Procurement 5-7 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, vendor management, finance, or a related area. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders in an international environment. Good communication and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools. Proactive, collaborative, and eager to learn.
