Procurement Sourcing Manager Consumer Health & Pharma POSITION OVERVIEW As Procurement Sourcing Manager for Consumer Health & Pharma, you will lead strategic sourcing of Technical Goods & Services to secure supply, reduce total cost, and support operations and innovation. YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES Lead end-to-end sourcing activities for Technical Goods & Services suppliers, including market assessment, supplier selection, and contracting; Translate supply market signals into actionable plans and proactively communicate supply constraints to internal stakeholders; Collaborate with Procurement Regional Managers and Category Leads to define and deliver sourcing strategies and strategic initiatives; Partner with internal stakeholders to capture requirements, agree joint targets, and provide procurement expertise to enable business outcomes; Build and maintain supplier relationships, negotiate commercial terms, and support development of robust supply agreements; Use market intelligence and data analysis to mitigate supply risk, improve competitiveness, and support total-cost-of-ownership decisions; Manage contract lifecycle activities and coordinate with Legal, Finance, and Procurement systems to ensure compliant execution; Drive continuous improvement of sourcing processes, tools, and AI-enabled workflows to increase speed, quality, and value delivery; WHO YOU ARE: You have proven experience as a Sourcing Manager or similar role in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain, ideally within Pharmaceuticals, Consumer Health, Chemicals, or Technical Goods & Services; You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, Business Management, or possess equivalent practical experience; You have deep sourcing and commercial skills, including supplier selection, negotiations, contract management, and supplier development; You are proficient with procurement systems (e.g., Ariba) and the Microsoft Office Suite, and you are comfortable using AI-enabled tools to augment sourcing decisions; You demonstrate strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills, with a track record of influencing outcomes across diverse teams; You have high data affinity and an analytical mindset, using market intelligence to inform strategy and reduce risk; You are fluent in English and German. At Bayer, we are committed to transparency, equal pay for equal work or work of equal value, and objective reward practices. The minimum gross monthly salary for this role is 12,400 PLN. The final salary will be determined based on objective factors such as professional experience, qualifications, scope of responsibility. This position is to be eligible for variable pay components, such as annual or performance-based bonuses, awarded in accordance with the applicable employee group, role scope, and compensation structure.
