Procurement Specialist What you’ll be doing: Implement procurement strategies to meet the company’s operational and financial objectives. Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including sourcing, supplier selection, and contract negotiation. Maintain accurate and up-to-date supplier records and procurement documentation. Evaluate supplier performance and ensure compliance with quality, cost, and delivery requirements. Collaborate with internal departments to identify procurement needs and ensure alignment with business goals. Monitor market trends, pricing, and supply chain risks to make informed purchasing decisions. Prepare and analyze procurement reports, including cost analysis, savings, and supplier performance metrics. Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards in all procurement activities. What we’d love for you to have: University degree 3-5 years of experience in procurement, supply chain management, or related roles, preferably in the construction, manufacturing, or industrial sector. Strong negotiation and contract management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and procurement systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of market trends, supplier management, and cost optimization strategies.
