Monthly Compensation: USD $2,000 to USD $2,500, depending on experience

About the Opportunity
OttoMate is hiring multiple Procurement Specialists to support one of our most important and fastest-growing clients in the United States.
Our client is a technology-driven company operating within the digital healthcare and manufacturing industry. The organization combines advanced software, digital workflows, logistics, and modern production capabilities to deliver high-quality products and services to customers across the United States.
Required Qualifications
- Two or more years of direct professional experience in procurement, purchasing, sourcing, supply chain operations, or a closely related role.
- Hands-on experience managing purchase orders.
- Understanding of the complete Purchase Order lifecycle.
- Direct experience communicating and coordinating with suppliers.
- Experience tracking orders, deliveries, shipments, shortages, or backorders.
- Experience reconciling supplier invoices against purchase orders.
- Experience resolving pricing, quantity, delivery, quality, or invoice discrepancies.
- Experience collaborating with Finance, Accounts Payable, Operations, Inventory, or Logistics teams.
- Strong Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets skills.
- Experience using formulas, filters, Pivot Tables, lookups, conditional formatting, or similar data-management functions.
- Experience using an ERP or purchasing platform.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate information across multiple systems.
- Ability to manage several suppliers, purchase orders, requests, and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong analytical, organizational, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Professional Spanish communication skills.
- Experience working with international teams, suppliers, or customers.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
- Must currently reside in Colombia.
- Must have a reliable computer and internet connection available during the initial training and onboarding period.
- Must be available to begin working on or around August 17, 2026.

Important Considerations
Candidates whose experience is focused primarily on Accounts Payable, accounting, customer service, administrative support, ERP implementation, or data entry will not be considered sufficient unless they can also demonstrate direct, hands-on procurement and purchase order management experience.
NetSuite experience is highly valuable but is not mandatory. Candidates with strong procurement experience using Oracle, SAP, Coupa, Ariba, Odoo, or another ERP platform are encouraged to apply.
