Procurement / Vendor Management Analyst

Our client, a leading investment firm, is seeking a Procurement / Vendor Management Analyst to join its team on a contract basis. This is a fully remote opportunity ideal for professionals with 1–5 years of procurement, sourcing, vendor management, or contract administration experience.

In this role, you will support the end-to-end vendor lifecycle by reviewing and managing contracts, maintaining contract metadata within procurement systems, ensuring vendor documentation is accurate and up to date, and partnering with internal stakeholders to support procurement initiatives. You will help track contract expirations and renewals, ensure compliance with internal policies, assist with onboarding new vendors, and generate reports on vendor and contract activity.

The ideal candidate has experience working with procurement or contract management platforms, possesses strong attention to detail, and is comfortable reviewing legal and commercial contract terms from an operational perspective. Previous experience within financial services, asset management, investment management, banking, or another regulated industry is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review, organize, and maintain vendor contracts and contract metadata.
• Track contract renewals, amendments, and expiration dates.
• Support vendor onboarding and ongoing vendor management activities.
• Ensure procurement documentation complies with internal policies and procedures.
• Partner with legal, finance, compliance, and business stakeholders throughout the procurement process.
• Maintain procurement records and prepare reporting on vendor activity and contract status.
• Assist with sourcing initiatives and special procurement projects as needed.

Qualifications:

• 1–5 years of procurement, sourcing, vendor management, contract administration, or purchasing experience.
• Experience reviewing contracts and maintaining contract data.
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and procurement/contract management systems.
• Financial services or investment industry experience is a plus.
