Product Advisor (8-Month Contract)

Location: Remote (B.C., Canada) - Lower Mainland preferred

Compensation: C$55,000 base salary + bonus

8-month contract with the possibility of extension

About the Role

Radiant Health is hiring a Product Advisor for an 8-month contract. You'll be the trusted voice that helps customers find the sauna and wellness solution that actually fits their goals - through real consultation and product expertise, not pressure.

You'll work primarily with warm, inbound leads, guiding each customer through their full buying journey from first question to post-purchase support. If you build trust fast, love mastering a product inside and out, and get energy from helping people make a confident decision, this role is for you.

What You'll Do

• Talk with warm, inbound leads to understand their wellness goals and recommend the right product and configuration
• Guide customers through a seamless, low-pressure buying experience, start to finish
• Own your pipeline - manage follow-ups, keep CRM records accurate, and re-engage past leads
• Build long-term relationships, staying a trusted resource for customers even after the sale
• Coordinate with Support and Operations to resolve customer needs
• Keep deepening your product and industry knowledge, and share what you learn with the team

What You Bring

• Experience in consultative sales or another customer-facing advisory role - wellness, health, or DTC experience is a plus
• Strong communication skills; you can explain technical product details clearly and confidently
• High EQ - you listen well and tailor your approach to each person
• Comfort with CRM tools and managing a busy, prioritized pipeline
• Self-motivation and follow-through in a remote, independent environment
• A growth mindset - open to feedback, always improving

Nice to Have

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
• Certification in consultative or relationship-based selling
