The Product Analyst partners with Product Managers, Product Owners, Operations, Technology, Analytics, Finance, Commercial, and UX teams to support the full product lifecycle. This role helps drive data-informed, customer-centered, and financially sound decisions by analyzing business processes, customer needs, market opportunities, product performance, and operational outcomes. The Product Analyst translates complex business challenges into actionable recommendations, requirements, and insights that improve customer experience, business value, and product effectiveness. Key Responsibilities Product Discovery & Analysis Partner with stakeholders to identify business objectives, customer needs, operational pain points, and market opportunities. Analyze customer feedback, operational data, utilization trends, and business processes. Conduct opportunity assessments, impact analysis, and recommendations that support product strategy and roadmap decisions. Product Strategy & Performance Evaluate product performance, customer adoption, market demand, and growth opportunities. Provide insights and recommendations to support product strategy, prioritization, go-to-market planning, and lifecycle decisions. Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive developments. Requirements & Delivery Support Gather and document business and product requirements. Create user stories, process flows, journey maps, test scenarios, and other product artifacts. Support backlog refinement, stakeholder alignment, testing, validation, and launch readiness activities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of product initiatives. Product Adoption & Continuous Improvement Measure adoption, product health, utilization, customer feedback, and operational outcomes. Translate findings into recommendations for optimization and future enhancements. Support portfolio discussions, prioritization decisions, and continuous product improvement efforts. Leverage AI-assisted tools responsibly to accelerate research, analysis, and decision-making. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience. 3+ years of experience in Product Analysis, Business Analysis, Product Analytics, or a related role. Experience supporting product development, product strategy, roadmap planning, requirements gathering, testing, and product performance measurement. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. Experience working in Agile product delivery environments. Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications Experience with CRM platforms, Salesforce, healthcare technology, or enterprise workflow systems. Experience supporting product modernization or digital transformation initiatives. Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Excel, Miro, Lucidchart, or similar platforms. Experience using AI tools to support analysis, customer insight generation, forecasting, or product planning. CSPO, CBAP, Salesforce, SAFe, or related certifications preferred. Ideal Candidate Profile Strong product mindset with the ability to translate ambiguity into actionable solutions. Skilled in stakeholder engagement, requirements gathering, process analysis, and business case development. Comfortable working across discovery, design, delivery, launch, and optimization phases of the product lifecycle. Data-driven, collaborative, and focused on delivering measurable business and customer outcomes. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Minneapolis, MN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $110000.00/yr.
