Product Analyst Lead / Head [X-Sell]

We are building the next generation of our X-Sell system and are looking for a Product Analytics Lead/Head to own the analytical and decision-making foundation behind how we engage customers across products. You will shape how we prioritise offers, orchestrate customer communication, and design the business logic behind cross-sell decisions, ensuring customers receive the right offer, at the right time, through the right channel. This is a high-impact opportunity to define an end-to-end recommendation ecosystem from the ground up, partnering closely with Product, ML, and Engineering teams to turn ideas into scalable production systems. What you’ll do: Own end-to-end analytics for the X-Sell system, driving decisions across customer engagement, offer prioritisation, and recommendation logic Design the analytical framework for cross-sell and next-best-offer strategies across our entire customer base Build prioritisation logic for customer offers and communication, ensuring a smart and scalable approach Partner closely with Product, ML, and Engineering teams to define business requirements for recommendation models and identify the most valuable use cases for ML applications Translate business goals into analytical and model requirements: define what should be optimised, which signals and features matter, and how success should be measured Drive experimentation culture through A/B testing, customer insights, and incremental optimisation of recommendation mechanics Generate insights on customer behaviour and communication effectiveness to improve engagement and conversion across products Help define where and how recommendation models should be implemented in production, aligning multiple stakeholders around priorities and execution Establish scalable processes and decision-making frameworks for cross-sell initiatives in a fast-growing environment What makes you a great fit: Experience with X-cell or similar products A mathematical or technical degree from a top-tier university (MSU, MIPT, HSE, MSTU, MEPhI, NSE, etc.) Expert knowledge of mathematical statistics, probability theory, and systematic thinking Advanced SQL and Python Hands-on experience with Tableau, Superset, or similar BI tools to translate data into actionable insights Ability to understand business objectives and transfer them into technical analytical tasks Experience in building processes and scaling them in fast-paced environments English proficiency (B1+) for effective collaboration within our international community Our ways of working: Innovative Spirit: a team from the best technical universities Honest Feedback: valuing open, transparent communication Supportive Team: a strong, collaborative community Celebrating Achievements: recognizing our wins together High-Tech Environment: a team full of smart and revolutionary people who dare to challenge the status quo of incumbent finances Our benefits: Relocation support to one of our hubs with full visa & permit support to the employee and family Flexible work from one of our offices Healthcare Coverage Education Budget: Language lessons, professional training and certifications Wellness Budget: Mental health and fitness activity reimbursements Vacation policy: 20 working days of annual leave and paid sick leave
