Job Description We are currently looking for a Product Analyst (Mid/Senior) to join our Data Team and help shape the future of our products. The role In this role, you will work closely with our Product Director and Product Managers, turning data into insights that directly influence product decisions. You’ll help define meaningful product metrics, analyze user behaviour, evaluate product changes and uncover opportunities to improve both user experience and business outcomes. Depending on your experience, you’ll have the opportunity to take ownership of increasingly complex analyses and initiatives and grow your influence on product strategy and decision-making. What you'll actually do Collaborating closely with Product Managers and the Product Director to establish product metrics and shape product decisions based on data-driven insights. Using SQL, Python skills and BI tools to transform raw data into valuable insights and actionable recommendations. Driving experimentation using a variety of techniques and conducting rigorous statistical analyses to enhance product performance and user experience. Leading key initiatives and projects play a pivotal role in shaping the products’ evolution and success. Collaborating with software engineers and data engineers to ensure proper data tracking and modelling of the data. Working closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, UX and Engineering, to elevate the product to the next level through data-driven insights and recommendations. Requirements What we're looking for Experience - Min. 3 years of experience in product or data analytics (experience in both product and business analytics is a plus), preferably in SaaS. Technical skills - Advanced proficiency in SQL and practical experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker/Data Studio, or similar). Programming - Basic knowledge of Python (or another programming language) with willingness to grow in Python; PySpark is a strong advantage. Product tracking - Proven experience with tracking tools, running experiments, and designing meaningful product metrics. Collaboration -Strong collaboration skills - ability to work closely with Product Managers and translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for business stakeholders. Data-driven mindset - Solid understanding of statistics and data-driven decision-making. Soft skills - Proactive mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and openness to learning new tools and techniques. Languages - Fluency in Polish (C1) and proficiency in English (min. B2). AI mindset - Experience using AI tools in daily work, comfort with adopting new AI technologies. Tools - Experience with Git/GitLab.
