Job Description We are currently looking for a Product Analytics Consultant (Mid/Senior) interested in B2B cooperation with Profitroom in the area of product analytics. As part of the cooperation, you will work with our Product Director, Product Managers and Data Team, turning data into insights that support product decisions. The scope will include defining meaningful product metrics, analysing user behaviour, evaluating product changes and identifying opportunities to improve user experience and business outcomes. The role Depending on your experience and expertise, you’ll have the opportunity to take ownership of increasingly complex analyses and initiatives and contribute to product strategy and decision-making. What you'll actually do Collaborating with Product Managers and the Product Director to establish product metrics and support product decisions with data-driven insights. Using SQL, Python and BI tools to transform raw data into valuable insights and actionable recommendations. Driving experimentation using a variety of techniques and conducting rigorous statistical analyses to enhance product performance and user experience. Taking ownership of key analytical initiatives and projects that contribute to the evolution and success of our products. Collaborating with software engineers and data engineers to ensure proper data tracking and data modelling. Working with cross-functional teams, including Product, UX and Engineering, to support product development through data-driven insights and recommendations. Requirements What we're looking for Experience - Min. 3 years of experience in product or data analytics (experience in both product and business analytics is a plus), preferably in SaaS. Technical skills - Advanced proficiency in SQL and practical experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker/Data Studio, or similar). Programming - Basic knowledge of Python (or another programming language) with willingness to grow in Python; PySpark is a strong advantage. Product tracking - Proven experience with tracking tools, running experiments, and designing meaningful product metrics. Collaboration -Strong collaboration skills - ability to work closely with Product Managers and translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for business stakeholders. Data-driven mindset - Solid understanding of statistics and data-driven decision-making. Soft skills - Proactive mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and openness to learning new tools and techniques. Languages - Fluency in Polish (C1) and proficiency in English (min. B2). AI mindset - Experience using AI tools in daily work, comfort with adopting new AI technologies. Tools - Experience with Git/GitLab. Benefits What comes with the job Compensation- B2B cooperation .
