Product Analytics Lead Come join our team and help us shape the future of e-invoicing From October 2026, Inexchange is embarking on a new journey, building a unified European powerhouse in e-invoicing and automated finance. The regulatory landscape (ViDA, Peppol, and national mandates) is changing faster than ever. Due to this we're advancing our product analytics maturity to enable faster, more evidence-based decision-making across the product organization. As Product Analytics Lead, you'll be the key person making that possible ensuring we don't just collect data, but truly understand and act on it. You will be a part of our product management team and report to the Product Director. This role will be based in either of our office locations (Skövde, Östersund, Helsinki, Norresundby) where we practice a hybrid model of working. Some travel will be required. Your impact and responsibilities in this role Make sure that product usage and feedback data isn't just being collected, but truly understood and applied to uncover new product opportunities, validate ideas, and accelerate product improvement Collaborate with R&D, finance and marketing in making data accessible and harmonized in order to turn it into measurable content Define success metrics, KPIs, and tracking frameworks (such as retention, activation, and engagement, and general product consumption) for product lines, helping our Product Managers make sound decisions Combine product consumption data with monetary data, such as revenue per product or per customer, to connect usage patterns with business impact Be a team player in the Product Management team and strive to fulfill our common goals Who you are and what you bring to the role Strong understanding of product analytics, from event tracking to metric frameworks and dashboards Hands-on experience with data and analytics tools such as Google BigQuery, SQL, and Looker Studio, with an eagerness to explore new technologies as our stack evolves Skilled at complex data concepts into clear, actionable guidance Enjoy creating structured materials that help teams work smarter at scale Understand how AI can deepen analytics and decision-making in product development, with practical experience or curiosity about relevant tools Ability to translate complex datasets into clear, data-driven narratives for business executives Do you want to join our journey?
