Via pay with iyzico, which is a blended payment solution, millions of consumers who do not use banking can safely shop online under the belt of iyzico Buyer Protection. iyzico continues to simplify online shopping for both consumers and sellers by the simple, accessible, and innovative technologies it developed. Key Responsibilities Design end-to-end user experiences across web and mobile products, from discovery to delivery. Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Marketing, and other cross-functional teams throughout the product development lifecycle. Analyze qualitative and quantitative user data to identify user pain points and translate findings into actionable product insights. Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints. Transform complex information and data-rich interfaces into clear, intuitive, and easy-to-navigate user experiences. Plan and conduct user interviews, usability testing, and prototype validation sessions to understand user needs and validate design decisions. Use the design system effectively and contribute enhancements to support product consistency. Present design solutions, communicate design rationale, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive informed decisions. Stay up to date with emerging design trends, tools, and technologies to improve design practices and product experiences. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in Product Design, UX/UI Design, or a similar role. A portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design projects and design process. Proficiency in Figma or similar design tools, with experience working with design systems. Solid understanding of UX principles, interaction design, information architecture, and visual hierarchy. Experience designing web interfaces and mobile applications. Ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints in design decisions. Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and prototype validation to inform design decisions. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and presentation skills. Familiarity with AI-powered design tools and workflows. A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
