Product Designer is part of Willsfly Technologies Inc’s global product engineering hiring system. This role supports enterprise software, platform systems, product maturity, and long-range operating continuity through structured technical contribution and accountable execution.

Design product experiences aligned to enterprise workflows, role logic, and scalable interaction models.
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to improve usability, clarity, and continuity.
Support design systems and interaction patterns for structured enterprise product environments.
Translate operating complexity into clear and high-quality user journeys.
Contribute to product thinking that values function, context, and enterprise readiness.
Hiring Baseline
Minimum Qualifications
5+ years of experience in product design, UX systems, or enterprise interface design.
Strong understanding of interaction design, workflow context, and product usability.
Ability to work across product, engineering, and business stakeholders.
Experience with enterprise software, SaaS systems, or design system environments.
Exposure to workflow-centered product design and role-aware interfaces.
Understanding of maintainable design language across product ecosystems.
Academic Alignment
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Product Design, or related discipline preferred.
