With headquarters in St. Gallen, Switzerland, and offices in London and New York City, we share a vibrant culture built on creativity, collaboration, inclusion, and joy. And we’re on the lookout for new team members to share our vision. If you’re ready for a brand-new adventure, keep reading! Your Team Your new team is a group of motivated, collaborative, and innovative people. They are Product Managers, Researchers, Analysts, Designers, and Developers from diverse backgrounds. They enjoy working together to create and evolve a well-loved product, while always leaving space for fresh ideas and new approaches. Outside of work, they’re parents, gamers, bookworms, adrenaline seekers, and so much more. Your Mission You’ll join the Developer Experience team, focused on making Frontify seamlessly available wherever people create, build, and collaborate. The team designs and builds integrations, extensions, and developer capabilities that connect Frontify with the tools and workflows customers use every day. Whether it’s browser extensions, desktop integrations, APIs, or other connected experiences, the team’s mission is to make discovering, accessing, and using brand assets effortless—without interrupting people’s workflow. By reducing friction and bringing Frontify closer to the point of creation, the team helps designers, developers, and marketers stay productive while keeping their work on brand. As a Product Designer, you’ll work at the intersection of product design and technology, transforming complex technical capabilities into intuitive, polished experiences. You’ll collaborate closely with Product Managers and engineers to shape integrations that are not only powerful, but also simple, delightful, and crafted with the same attention to quality that defines Frontify. Your Responsibilities Design intuitive, inclusive, and high-quality product experiences from discovery through delivery. Turn complex technical capabilities into workflows that feel simple, elegant, and easy to use. Lead design projects independently, from problem framing and ideation to validation and implementation. Create design artifacts including user journeys, flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished, high-fidelity interfaces. Collaborate closely with Product Managers and engineers to shape product direction and deliver customer value. Champion outstanding visual craft, interaction design, and usability throughout the product. Use qualitative and quantitative research, customer feedback, and product data to inform design decisions. Contribute to and evolve Frontify’s design system, patterns, and overall product quality. Your Story You can work in a hybrid or on-site format within Switzerland and regularly collaborate from our St. Gallen office. You have 5+ years of experience designing SaaS or digital products. You’re confident across the full spectrum of UX and UI design, with a strong eye for visual detail and craftsmanship. You enjoy simplifying technically complex problems into intuitive user experiences. You communicate design decisions clearly and confidently, and advocate for high-quality design across disciplines. You know when to validate ideas through user research, prototyping, and data. You thrive in cross-functional teams and enjoy collaborating with Product Managers, engineers, and fellow designers. You’re comfortable working with ambiguity and see constraints as opportunities for creativity. You’re familiar with tools such as Figma, FigJam, Maze, and ClickUp. Experience with Digital Asset Management, media platforms, developer tools, or brand management products is a plus. You speak English fluently.
