Polish matters, but so does getting great work live Work with a high level of autonomy, taking ownership and moving work forward without constant steering Take feedback directly and give it the same way Bring motion and micro-interaction design experience (nice to have) Bring illustration or visual identity experience (nice to have) Have experience with consumer, health, ed-tech, or habit-forming products (nice to have) Have experience being the first or only designer on a team (nice to have) Salary Gross salary range is 4100 - 5500 EUR/month. Location We have several great workspaces to choose from, including our headquarters in Vilnius and our hubs in Klaipėda and Riga. For our Vilnius office, we follow a 4 days onsite, 1 day remote hybrid model. For roles based outside Vilnius, the work arrangement -onsite, hybrid, or remote-depends on the specific position.
