The Role
You shape clear, calm, and trustworthy product experiences for Swiss SMEs and fiduciary partners. You turn complex administrative work into confident, understandable journeys.
What You'll Do
Lead UX/UI for complex business admin workflows.
Build and evolve the Numezis design system with engineering.
Prototype, test, and iterate with real Swiss customers.
Translate product strategy into clear, delightful experiences.
What You Bring
6+ years designing B2B software or workflow-heavy products.
Strong practice in design systems, user research, and interaction design.
A portfolio that demonstrates craft, clarity, and systems thinking.
Excellent collaboration with product, engineering, and domain experts.
Bonus Points
Experience in fintech, accounting, or compliance products.
Accessibility-first design practice.
Ability to write clear UX copy in English.
Knowledge of Swiss market expectations.
