About The Role
You'll shape complex B2B workflows into clear, confident interfaces. We partner with founders and engineers from discovery to launch, you'll own flows in Figma, maintain a shared design system, and join reviews until pixels match intent in production.
What you'll do
- Lead UX for multi-step flows: onboarding, settings, reporting, and integrations.
- Build and evolve a design system (components, tokens, documentation) that engineers can implement without guesswork.
- Run lightweight research: interviews, usability notes, and iteration with real usage data.
- Collaborate in Figma with clear handoff; prototype when it reduces ambiguity.
Tools & focus
We live in Figma; occasional FigJam for workshops. Accessibility and responsive layouts are part of the default bar, not a separate phase.

Interview process
- Portfolio review: we look for how you framed problems, not only final screens.
- Collaboration: walk us through a project with engineers and stakeholders in the room.
- Team: short conversation with design and product leads on how you like to work.
Requirements
- 4+ years designing digital products, including B2B or data-heavy experiences.
- Strong Figma craft and experience with component libraries or design systems.
- Portfolio that shows process: problem, constraints, iteration, outcome.
- Comfortable working remotely with overlap to European business hours.
Nice to have
- Experience with analytics dashboards or workflow tools.
- Basic familiarity with front-end constraints (spacing, states, tokens).
