Product Development Manager, Equipment

What you´ll do Lead AME equipment PD teams & steer technical resources to deliver key innovation programs in alignment with business priorities. Manage overall equipment projects work in the group for reporting, deadlines, decisions with all stakeholders of project team and FTE utilization. Develop and maintain the technology roadmap and project portfolio. Foster teamwork and collaboration, coach, develop, motivate, and sustain a high performing team. Managing safety/5S and ensuring safe and efficient operation of the equipment PD labs. Support digitalization transfer activities for China innovation team. What makes you a good fit Work experience: > 10 years’ experience in equipment relevant development, design and application experience. Adhesive or coating application relevant equipment development and design experience preferred. People management experience in technical team is preferred. Education background: MS or BS in Mechanical or electrical engineering Strong data analysis and project management capability. Good English language skill in both speaking and writing.
