Product Educator – Tax & Accounting

We’re looking for a Product Educator with a background in accounting, tax, bookkeeping, finance, or a related field who is also comfortable creating educational content.

This is not a traditional accounting role. You’ll use your accounting and tax knowledge to help make complex topics easier to understand through training videos, tutorials, product walkthroughs, educational reels, and knowledge materials.

What You’ll Do

• Create and present training and educational videos about accounting, tax, bookkeeping, and software-related topics
• Record product walkthroughs and how-to tutorials
• Explain accounting and tax concepts in a simple, practical, and engaging way
• Prepare scripts, outlines, presentations, and other knowledge assets
• Create short-form educational content such as reels and bite-sized tutorials
• Work with internal teams to understand product features and turn them into useful educational content
• Research and verify accounting/tax information before producing content
• Update existing training materials when processes, features, or regulations change
• Regularly appear and speak on camera as part of the role

What We’re Looking For

• Background in Accounting, Accountancy, Tax, Bookkeeping, Finance, or a related field
• Good understanding of basic accounting and tax concepts
• Strong English communication and presentation skills
• Comfortable speaking and presenting on camera
• Able to explain technical or complicated topics in simple language
• Interested in content creation, training, education, or video production
• Comfortable learning software and digital tools
• Organized and able to work independently in a remote setup

Experience creating videos, tutorials, training materials, social media content, or educational content is an advantage.

CPA certification is a plus, but not required if you have a solid accounting/tax background and strong communication skills.
