Product Engineer — AI Startup | Remote London | Up to £100k + Equity

I’m working with a fast-growing AI startup building an AI-powered product that autonomously tests applications, identifies regressions and investigates failures.

They’ve raised $4.1M in Seed funding from strong venture investors and are expanding their engineering team, with this role available remotely from London.

This is a genuine Product Engineer / builder role — ideal for someone who wants significant ownership and enjoys taking problems all the way from an idea through to a product customers actually use.

What you’ll be doing:

• Own product capabilities end-to-end — problem → architecture → build → production
• Build across AI agents, product engineering and developer tooling
• Ship quickly, work closely with customers and influence the roadmap
• Solve challenging engineering and debugging problems across the product
• Work directly with the founders and have a real influence on product and engineering decisions

Tech: Python, TypeScript, Go, AWS/GCP, Kubernetes & Terraform

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has a strong track record of shipping real products
• Enjoys high-ownership, product-focused engineering
• Combines strong engineering fundamentals with a product mindset
• Is comfortable solving ambiguous problems without lots of direction
• Wants to build, experiment and move quickly

Location: Remote from London

Salary: Up to £100k + meaningful equity
