We're looking for a Product Executive to join our growing Product team, helping shape and deliver compelling cruise products across our specialist brands SixStarCruises.co.uk and RiverVoyages.com. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with travel industry experience who thrives on combining commercial thinking, supplier relationships and product creativity.

What you'll do

• Create and develop compelling cruise, fly-cruise and cruise-and-stay packages.
• Work closely with cruise line partners to negotiate exclusive offers and competitive rates.
• Analyse supplier and business performance to identify commercial opportunities and market trends.
• Monitor competitors, pricing and promotional activity to ensure we stay ahead of the market.
• Ensure product content, pricing and availability remain accurate across websites and marketing channels.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Web Development teams to deliver successful campaigns and product launches.
• Lead engaging product briefings and share key supplier updates with internal teams.
• Continuously review and improve the customer journey and website experience.

About you

· Experience in a Product role within the travel industry, ideally cruise.

· Strong destination knowledge and commercial awareness.

· Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.

· Confident managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

· Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

· A proactive problem-solver who enjoys working collaboratively.

· Positive, enthusiastic and motivated to make a difference.
