We are looking for a Product Leader Above the Neck M/F/X to join our team in Roissy (France), on a permanent contract, full time. It's a remote position with frequent travel in France (3 days per week). Key Responsibilities for this role : Conveys the expertise, product range technical and market knowledge to our Sellers, Distributors and End Users Manage the Above the Neck category trajectory towards Budget and share strategic directions with the Sales team in co-ordination with the Country Leader Organizes product trainings to increase the Above the Neck deep knowledge Consolidate the market demand to share Forecast with Product Management and manufacturing plants Participate to new product developments, or product evolutions, by being the voice of the customer Actively drives the New Product launches through the pipe of Opportunities, interactions with customers and Sellers Represents the company in professional associations Skills requirements for this role : + 5 years of professional experience in Product life cycle/ Marketing Product in an industrial environment (PPE scetor can be a plus for this role); Fluent in French, English can be a plus; Technical expertise in the PPE Above the Neck field, especially Hearing is a plus; Good communication & stakeholders management skills; Someone who enjoys share his or her knowledge with others.
