What to Expect as a Product Management Intern:
You're about to embark on a bold, challenging, and game-changing journey. By joining our team, you will gain valuable insights into the inner workings of a fintech start up, sustainability, solar lending and what it takes to be a reliable technology partner to purpose-driven financial institutions. You will also gain insight into Climate First Bank, a OneEthos client and subsidiary under our Holding Company.
As the remote
Product Management Intern
, your primary focus is to learn how to lead product and market development efforts as well as support the software development process from inception through the commercialization process. You will partner with engineers, bankers, and numerous internal/external stakeholders to develop and commercialize products that meet the needs of OneEthos’s customers.
What You'll Contribute in This Role:
You will
build technical solutions and implement key measurements
to track progress against business goals and desired security outcomes.
You will
lead internal technical conversations
by outlining the technical design, being the owner of trade-offs between technical cost and business value and optimizing QA/testing.
You will implement and
manage robust risk systems
throughout the software development lifecycle to quantify and manage the company’s overall risk exposures.

What to Expect in Your Work Environment:
This role requires the ability to perform essential functions such as sitting, talking, hearing, and occasionally lifting up to 20 lbs.
