We're now looking for a Product Manager to join us and take ownership of product strategy and development for key digital solutions driving real-world impact. What you will do Own the end-to-end product lifecycle – from ideation and roadmap creation to delivery and optimization. Translate complex customer and business needs into clear product requirements and user stories . Collaborate with engineering, design, and data teams to build innovative, compliant, and scalable software solutions. Leverage data-driven insights to prioritize features and make informed decisions that align with strategic goals. Work closely with stakeholders in regulated industries (e.g., finance, insurance) to ensure compliance and user trust . Define and track key product metrics , evaluating performance and continuously iterating based on feedback. Drive go-to-market strategies in collaboration with marketing and sales to maximize adoption and impact. What you bring 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager , ideally in SaaS, data, or API-driven products. Proven ability to define product vision and execute across cross-functional teams. Strong understanding of data architecture, APIs, and cloud-based software development. A background in or strong familiarity with compliance-heavy industries (e.g., Fintech, Insurtech, Medtech). Excellent analytical and decision-making skills backed by a solid understanding of product metrics. Experience working remotely and asynchronously, with strong self-management and communication abilities. Fluent in English (spoken and written). German language skills are a plus. Bonus points Experience working in the Industry 4.0 domain Exposure to or interest in data security, compliance tech, or API-based ecosystems . Familiarity with tools like Jira, Figma, Confluence, or similar product management platforms .
