Product Manager

Infor is hiring a Product Manager to add value to strategic products by incorporating AI and technology innovations to build Value+ and Velocity suite use cases. As a Product Manager, you will collaborate cross-functionally with FDE, engineering, design, marketing, and customer success to translate industry needs into product innovations that deliver measurable business value. You will be a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a passion for delivering elegant, customer-focused solutions—grounded in a deep understanding of the market and competitive landscape. A Typical Day in the Life Includes: Define and drive the technology innovation product roadmap in alignment with business objectives and customer needs. Translate high-level product vision into detailed functional requirements and user stories. Partner with R&D to ensure timely delivery of features with high quality and usability. Conduct ongoing market, competitor, and user research to inform product decisions. Be the voice of the customer throughout the product development lifecycle. Monitor product performance, usage analytics, and customer feedback to iterate and improve. Collaborate with Go-To-Market teams to support product launches, enablement, and positioning. Ensure product compliance with industry regulations and Infor’s security and cloud architecture standards. Represent Infor at customer meetings, user conferences, and industry events as needed. Basic Qualifications: Experience in product management or related role such as solution consulting, business development, sales, etc. Experience using AI to improve business processes. Experience communicating technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences. Experience with Agile development methodologies. Experience delivering quality user experiences. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in one of Infor’s core verticals (e.g., manufacturing, healthcare, distribution, hospitality). Experience in enterprise SaaS or ERP. Experience with cloud-native platforms and modern data integration techniques. Experience in UX or data analytics.
