Be-IT is recruiting for a Tech / Software Product Manager to help lead the development and strategic direction of a large-scale global software platform.

This is a technical product role with people management, ideal for someone who started their career in software development before moving into Product Management.

Working closely with development, design and Scrum Masters, you'll lead a team of 6 – 8 professionals, shape the product roadmap and drive the delivery of secure, scalable software solutions. Experience within EdTech, online learning or exam platforms would be advantageous but isn't essential.

What you'll bring:

• Previous software development background with experience in Product Management.
• Experience leading Agile software engineering teams.
• Strong technical understanding and ability to work closely with developers.
• Proven track record delivering complex software products and platform improvements.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
