Product Manager

Summary

Remote Crew is looking for a Product Manager (Mid to Senior) to act as the central link between leadership, product, design, and engineering teams in a fast-paced startup environment. This role is focused on ensuring alignment, driving execution, and improving processes so that features are delivered efficiently and nothing falls through the cracks. You’ll play a key role in bringing structure to a high-velocity environment while continuously optimizing how the team operates.

Salary: €45k – €60k / year

Location: Remote from Portugal/Spain

What You’ll Do

• Act as the bridge between leadership, product, design, and engineering teams
• Track feature progress, ownership, and blockers, ensuring full visibility across teams
• Ensure processes are followed (planning, reviews, QA, releases) and improve them over time
• Identify gaps or risks early in requirements, scope, or execution
• Drive follow-ups on decisions, blockers, and open items to maintain delivery momentum
• Run team rituals (standups, planning, retros) and keep communication clear and documented
• Manage client communication around changes, timelines, and expectations

What We’re Looking For

• 3–6 years of experience in project, program, or delivery management in tech environments
• Proven ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders and keep teams aligned
• Strong process mindset with experience improving workflows and team efficiency
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify risks or gaps early
• Strong communication skills, including client-facing interactions
• Experience with PM and automation tools (e.g., Jira, Linear, Notion, Slack, Zapier)
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous, and fully remote environments
