We deliver continuously, but value thoughtfulness over rushing. 🌱 Grow while doing good – You'll have opportunities to expand your skills while contributing to a platform that changes lives. 📢 About the Role 📍 Location: Fully remote in the United States 💼 Reports to: Nikolaj Hendriksen ⏳ Job Type: Full-time 💰 Compensation: $90,000 - $112,00 annually As a Product Manager, you will help elevate clinical outcomes by integrating evidence-based research, clinician expertise, and client values into intelligent, easy-to-use tools that enhance the quality of care. You will lead the product area focused on clinical excellence, improving our current clinical offerings and spearheading innovative clinical products that help clinicians deliver the highest quality of care, all grounded in evidence-based research, clinical expertise, and client needs. 📌What You’ll Do Act as the product owner on a domain specific cross-functional team made up of a customer success enablement partner, product designer and engineers. Lead discovery with providers, clinical leaders, and other external and internal stakeholders to understand how outcomes data informs high-stakes decisions. Translate research and insights into clear business problem statements, hypotheses, and product bets. Partner with design and engineering to deliver product bets that give clinicians the tools they need to make confident, high-quality care decisions. Work closely with Data, Product, and Commercial teams to ensure insights align with real operational and reimbursement needs. Define and measure the success of aligned business problems. Balance experimentation with structured delivery to bring validated ideas to production. ✅ Success Measures Adoption of product tools by provider and payer leaders. Evidence that delivered product bets improve outcomes for customers. Increased customer trust in outcomes data and analytics. Successful execution of product bets from discovery → delivery → measurable impact. Alignment between customer business problems, clinical outcomes strategy research, and commercial value. 🎯What You Bring Product Management experience in B2B SaaS or data-driven products. Strong product discovery skills and comfort leading ambiguous problem spaces. Experience turning insights into clear product bets and executed roadmap work. Ability to collaborate with design, engineering, and data teams to deliver impactful features. Strong communication and storytelling skills to connect product work to business and clinical impact.
