Product Manager

Overview:

Our client is hiring for a product manager to devise new partner product offerings, collaborating with major Japanese consumer brands, as well as to architect partner product integrations.

You will work alongside an experienced team of senior level consumer tech product managers, collaborate with partners and international colleagues.

Responsibilities:

• Support the product development process from concept to launch and ongoing iteration.
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities and consumer needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to help define product goals and roadmaps.
• Assist in analyzing market trends and customer feedback.
• Participate in testing ideas to refine product direction.
• Use data and insights to support product positioning and improve offerings.
• Work with the team to execute agile product development cycles.
• Help track performance metrics and analyze experiment outcomes.
• Contribute ideas to foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
• Collaborate with engineers to understand technical possibilities and challenges.
• Explore ways to incorporate innovative technologies into the product.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in product management or related roles, ideally in new product development.
• Familiarity with market research, customer insights, and competitive analysis.
• A collaborative mindset with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in both Japanese and English is preferred.
• Enthusiasm for technology and innovation, with an interest in learning and growing in this space.

Conditions:

• Employment Type: Full Time/Permanent
• Salary: ~12,000,000 + Bonus
• Working Style: 4 days in office, 1 day remote per week
