Job Description This is a remote position. About SiFi SiFi is building the future of spend management and financial operations in Saudi Arabia. Following our expansion into domestic and cross-border remittances, we are hiring a specialist who can bridge the gap between complex financial flows and automated system logic — ensuring every halala is accounted for across every corridor we operate in. Position Overview The Product Manager (L2) is responsible for owning product initiatives that deliver measurable value to users and the business. This role works at the intersection of customer needs, business strategy, and technology , translating insights into product requirements and successful product launches. The Product Manager collaborates closely with engineering, design, data, and business teams to build scalable solutions, improve user experiences, and drive product adoption. Key Responsibilities Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer discovery to identify opportunities and validate product ideas. Gather and analyze user feedback, product data, and behavioral insights to guide product decisions. Translate insights into clear problem statements and product opportunities . Define product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria aligned with company objectives. Contribute to product strategy and roadmap planning for owned product areas. Prioritize features and initiatives based on user impact, technical feasibility, and business value . Manage and maintain the product backlog , ensuring clarity and alignment with development teams. Work closely with engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality product features on time. Support sprint planning, product reviews, and release management activities. Collaborate with design, engineering, marketing, and operations teams to deliver cohesive product experiences. Communicate product updates, requirements, and progress to stakeholders. Ensure alignment between product initiatives and broader business objectives . Monitor product performance using analytics and user feedback . Identify opportunities for product improvements and optimizations . Support experimentation and data-driven product iterations . Requirements Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field . 2–4 years of experience in product management or related roles. Strong understanding of product development lifecycle and agile methodologies . Ability to translate complex problems into clear product requirements .
