About Sensorum Health Sensorum Health is dedicated to helping older adults with chronic conditions stay out of the hospital and healthy at home. By pairing next-generation ambient sensors and advanced AI with a dedicated remote clinical team, we detect early signs of illness and deploy tailored care before a crisis happens. We partner with health plans and medical groups to keep patients healthy, independent, and out of the hospital while driving down unnecessary medical costs. Our Mission & "Why" We are a patient-first team building the care standard we want for our own families. Sensorum was founded after our co-founders witnessed the flaws of a reactive healthcare system up close with their own loved ones and from years working in healthcare. Nearly 90% of older adults want to age at home, yet a structurally reactive healthcare system routinely fails them and costs Medicare an estimated $35 billion every year in avoidable hospitalizations. Why Sensorum? Massive Growth & Market Momentum : Sensorum is scaling rapidly as we transform value-based care delivery. We are actively expanding enterprise partnerships with leading healthcare organizations like Intermountain Health and some of the nation's fastest-growing Medicare Advantage plans. Top-Tier Strategic Backing: Our growth trajectory is capitalized by venture leaders including GV (Google Ventures), Wavemaker 360, Operator Partners, Innospark Ventures, and Brighton Health Partners. World-Class Team & Advisory Board : Our team brings deep operational and technical execution from the U.S. Navy SEALs, Clover Health, Goldman Sachs, Spring Health, Flatiron Health, and Peloton. We are advised by some of the best in the industry from SCAN Health Plan, Humana, Iora Health, and Bamboo Health. About the Role Sensorum is looking for a highly execution-oriented Product Manager to turn product strategy into well-defined, successfully delivered work. Reporting to the VP of Product, you will own the day-to-day product delivery process for the Technology team. You will conduct user research, translate Operations team needs into clear product requirements, maintain a delivery-ready backlog, lead engineering meetings, perform product acceptance testing, and coordinate the rollout of new workflows and technical pilots. You will also manage the implementation of high-priority special projects, such as AI-enabled outreach tools, new passive sensor technologies, and healthcare data exchange integrations. The VP of Product will establish initiative priorities, strategic direction, vendor strategy, commercial terms, and pilot hypotheses; you will partner with the VP of Product on detailed planning and own the cross-functional execution required to bring those initiatives to life. This role is well suited for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of product management, technical delivery, and healthcare operations. You should be comfortable moving between conversations with nurses and field teams, detailed engineering tickets, workflow testing, vendor coordination, and pilot performance data. What You’ll Own Product Delivery and Engineering Execution Own the preparation and ongoing management of the technology backlog. Translate product concepts, user needs, and workflow requirements into clear user stories, technical tickets, acceptance criteria, and supporting documentation. Lead daily engineering standups, backlog refinement, sprint planning, sprint retros in partnership with the Engineering Team Lead. Ensure upcoming work is sufficiently researched, scoped, prioritized, and ready before it enters a sprint. Track delivery risks, dependencies, open decisions, and blockers, escalating issues when strategic prioritization or leadership intervention is required. Maintain clear visibility into sprint commitments, delivery progress, and changes in scope. User Research and Product Definition Conduct structured user research with nurses, enrollment specialists, field installers, and other internal operational users. Observe existing workflows and identify usability issues, manual work, process bottlenecks, and unmet user needs. Synthesize qualitative feedback and operational data into clear product findings and recommendations. Validate proposed workflows and product designs with users before development begins. Partner with the VP of Product to translate product discovery and strategic priorities into implementation-ready requirements. Quality Assurance and Product Acceptance Own product acceptance testing for new features, integrations, and workflow changes. Develop test scenarios based on user requirements and acceptance criteria. Validate installer applications, clinical workflows, patient management tools, integrations, webhooks, and other product functionality before release. Identify defects, edge cases, and workflow gaps and coordinate their resolution with Engineering. Pilots and Special Projects Own the tactical implementation of priority product and technology pilots. Convert pilot hypotheses and strategic direction into detailed project plans, milestones, owners, operating processes, and measurement plans. Coordinate internal teams, external vendors, technical dependencies, and operational readiness. Manage pilot configuration, testing, training, launch, issue resolution, and ongoing performance tracking. Regularly assess whether pilots are achieving their intended operational, clinical, or commercial outcomes. Surface decisions, risks, and findings to the VP of Product and the rest of the Leadership Team. Cross-Functional Rollout and Enablement Serve as the primary day-to-day product partner for Clinical Operations, Enrollment, Field Operations, and other internal users. Ensure product releases address meaningful operational needs and can be successfully adopted by end users. Prepare release notes, workflow documentation, training materials, and rollout plans. Gather structured feedback following releases and pilots and incorporate findings into future product work. Maintain strong communication between Product, Engineering, and Operations. What We’re Looking For 3–5 years of experience in product management, product operations, technical program management, implementation, or a related role. Experience working closely with software engineering teams and independently managing agile product delivery processes. Ability to conduct user research and translate complex workflows into clear product requirements and engineering tickets. Strong project management skills, including the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders, dependencies, and deadlines. Comfort testing software, investigating issues, understanding system behavior, and discussing APIs, integrations, data flows, and technical tradeoffs with engineers. Exceptional organization and attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills. High ownership, sound judgment, and the ability to operate effectively with limited structure. Comfort working with a distributed team that includes US-based and international engineers. Willingness to work at least 2-3 days a week from Sensorum’s New York City office. What Success Looks Like Within your first 6 months: Engineering has a consistently well-prepared and prioritized backlog. Sprint ceremonies run effectively without requiring day-to-day facilitation from the VP of Product. Product requirements and acceptance criteria are clear enough to reduce avoidable rework and ambiguity. Operational users are regularly involved in discovery, validation, and post-release feedback. Releases are systematically tested and accompanied by appropriate documentation and training. Priority pilots have clear plans, owners, milestones, success measures, and documented learnings. Nice to Have Experience in healthcare technology, value-based care, Medicare Advantage, clinical operations, or remote patient monitoring. Familiarity with healthcare claims, eligibility, risk-adjustment, or patient-level operational data. Experience implementing third-party software, hardware, AI, or healthcare data integrations. Experience supporting products used by clinical teams or field-based operational teams. Familiarity with product analytics tools, SQL, or structured data analysis. Base Salary: $130,000 – $160,000 / year (commensurate with experience) Equity: Meaningful early-stage equity grant (4-year vesting, 1-year cliff)
