Position Overview: As a mid-level Product Manager, you’ll lead initiatives that improve the borrower journey, drive growth across our digital funnel, and optimize customer-facing experiences. You’ll work cross-functionally with design, engineering, marketing, and analytics to ship features that directly impact small business success. Key Responsibilities: Own and execute the product roadmap for digital experience and growth-related initiatives Improve onboarding, loan application flows, and self-service capabilities Use product analytics to identify friction points and prioritize improvements Collaborate with designers using Figma to develop intuitive, user-centric interfaces Manage backlogs, sprints, and cross-team collaboration through JIRA Work with stakeholders across departments to align on goals and prioritize features based on impact Partner with marketing to optimize lead acquisition and conversion Define and track success metrics to guide iterations and inform strategy Qualifications: 3–5 years of product management experience, with at least 2 years in fintech or small business lending Strong hands-on experience with SQL for data analysis and decision-making Proficiency with JIRA for agile workflow management Experience collaborating with product design teams using Figma Proven ability to work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to align priorities and manage trade-offs Demonstrated success launching customer-facing digital products with measurable outcomes Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related technical field Strong understanding of growth product levers (conversion, activation, retention) Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills Skills/Attributes: Familiarity with compliance and regulatory needs in lending Technical fluency or experience working directly with engineering teams
