Product Manager

Naviu.tech is an AI-native tech partner based in Berlin. We've delivered 50+ transformations for corporates and SMEs: launching new digital products, rebuilding legacy platforms, and automating operations with AI. We're also the founders of Berlin AI Day and buildersklub.

We're a small but mighty team, and we're looking for an ambitious PM to work directly with clients, our sales team, and our development team. You'll be the bridge between client vision and technical execution: from the first sales call through to delivery. Because we're AI-native, that also means knowing where AI genuinely creates value in a product and where it's just noise.

What You'll Do

• Join initial client calls to understand their needs, ask technical questions, and help scope solutions.
• Work with the dev team to estimate effort, define scope, and contribute to compelling, realistic proposals.
• Lead product discovery with clients to understand their business goals, challenges, and user needs.
• Scope AI where it actually creates value: spot when an LLM, RAG pipeline, or agentic workflow is the right answer, and when it's overkill.
• Translate business requirements into clear, actionable product specifications and user stories.
• Define product scope, prioritize features, and create MVP roadmaps that deliver maximum value quickly.
• Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews, and user research to gather insights and align on direction.
• Work closely with designers and developers to ensure what we build matches what the client needs.
• Create wireframes, user flows, and product documentation that guide the entire team.
• Act as the product owner during sprints: clarifying requirements, answering questions, and making fast decisions.
• Manage project planning and roadmaps to ensure timely delivery and clear visibility for all stakeholders.
• Present progress, gather feedback, and iterate with clients throughout the development process.
• Identify opportunities to enhance products post-launch and help clients succeed long-term.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years in a PM or BA role, ideally in consulting, agency, or startup environments
• Expert at requirements gathering, documentation, and turning messy briefs into clear direction
• Strong product thinking: you know how to prioritize, scope an MVP, and cut what doesn't matter
• Comfortable scoping AI features: you understand what LLMs, RAG, and agents realistically do in production, and you can tell a slick demo from something that will actually ship
• You already use AI in your own workflow, for research, writing, prototyping, and specs
• Technically fluent enough to discuss feasibility and trade-offs with developers and clients alike
• Skilled at stakeholder management, estimation, and keeping projects on track
• Excellent communicator: clear, empathetic, and persuasive in writing and in person
• Autonomous, collaborative, and genuinely growth-oriented
• Fluent in English (written and spoken). This is a client-facing role.
